If your reason of return is a manufacturing fault, contact us and proof must be emailed to mood.clothingau@gmail.com. Your money will be refunded to you as soon as we recieve the faulty item and have examined the issue. The shipping fee will be covered by us!
To be able to return your item it must be:
- 30 days or less since purchase date.
- Same condition as sent to you, unworn, and tags still attached.
